JT PT2748A-046 is an OEM wheel shaft for Jet A, L, and J series manual pallet jacks (excluding PT-1636J), machined from hardened steel and designed to support steer or load wheel assemblies with precise bearing fit. Not compatible with PT-1636J models, for which PT1636J-046 is required.
